Please email us at info@razys.com and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number and product name. For defective, wrong or items not as described, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the image under 2 Mb.
Our solutions:
1. Razy's responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the problem, we will facilitate a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge at our expense.
2. Customer's Responsibility
- If the customer ordered the wrong size, wrong product or just wants to exchange the item, we can also accept a return.
- In this case, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
