Welcome to Razys! We strive to offer a wide range of high quality products. Before shipping, our quality control team personally checks each item. You can cancel the order within 24 hours. Unfortunately, after the package has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Our customer service is always there for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us at . You can return your item within 14 days of receipt. We will always provide the best solution for our customers.


Steps to contact us:
Please email us at and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return, along with your order number and product name. For defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Please keep the image under 2 Mb.
Our solutions:
1. Razy's responsibility
- If our company is responsible for the problem, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund and/or exchange.
- Once we receive the item, we will offer compensation or send a replacement free of charge at our expense.
2. Customer's responsibility
- If the customer ordered the wrong size or product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
- In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for an exchange, and we will refund the original product cost upon receipt of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please contact us for the return shipping address. We assume no liability for returns to other addresses.


Our warranty does not apply to products listed in the following categories: swimwear, underwear, earrings, clearance items and items purchased using a voucher/store credit. Unless Razys makes a mistake. If Rayzs makes a mistake, we will always resolve it to your satisfaction. All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact. If gifts are returned, they must also be sent back or alternatively charged. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. If your package tracking shows "Return to Sender" or "Undelivered", please contact us to receive/resend your package. Please note that we will not cover any potential customs fees incurred when shipping back to our warehouse and you must provide a full tracking number with proof of delivery. We offer you to cancel these orders and charge a cancellation fee of 7 EUR if the package is returned to the sender and there is no mis-shipment. Of course, if this error is corrected before shipping, there will be no charge (tip: check your address carefully!).
